Robotics

Robotics is a core part of our automation solutions. We utilize robotics in assembly, handling, testing, and packaging, making production efficient, repeatable, and flexible. We are not tied to a single robot manufacturer; instead, we select the best-suited solution for each application from a range of manufacturers. This gives the customer the freedom to choose the option that best fits their specific needs.

Machine Vision

We use machine vision for product inspection, measurement, and defect detection as part of assembly, testing, and packaging. Solutions are designed case by case to meet the requirements of the product and process. Machine vision is used, for example, to identify components, verify correct assembly, and detect surface defects and deviations.

By integrating machine vision into automation, we ensure consistent end-product quality and reduce human-related quality errors. At the same time, it enables production monitoring and quality documentation, which is especially important in demanding production environments.

Dispensing systems

Dispensing systems are needed when products are manufactured using adhesives, liquids, or other materials that require precise dosing. We design and implement dispensing solutions as part of the production line, ensuring that the amount, location, and quality of the material remain consistent for every product. These solutions can be integrated into assembly, testing, or quality assurance, so that dispensing is performed automatically with the desired accuracy.

Laser welding and marking

We utilize laser technology for product marking and for welding metal components as part of assembly. Laser marking enables permanent, precise identifiers such as serial numbers and codes, supporting traceability and quality assurance. With automated laser welding, we achieve accurate, repeatable joints without imposing mechanical stress on the product.

Part feeding technologies

We implement component feeding solutions on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the shape, tolerances, and handling requirements of the components. We also utilize various feeding technologies, such as vibratory feeders, conveyor feeders, and robotics-based solutions, to ensure a smooth and reliable component flow without disruptions.

Data collection

Data collection enables transparency of production operations and supports continuous improvement. We can gather information on production volumes, fault situations, cycle times, and quality directly from various stages of the production process.

This data is integrated into the automation system so it can be used both for daily operational control and for longer-term development. With data, performance can be monitored and informed decisions made to improve production.
